Diversion Programs and Pre-Trial Intervention, also known as PTI

Many juvenile charges can be referred through court approved diversion programs with allow the juvenile to successfully complete a determinate amount of community service, pay any restitution owed, and receive extensive counseling. Upon successful completion of these diversion programs, many juvenile criminal charges can be expunged/wiped clean from their criminal record.
